  • Fitness Yoga - stretch, tone and get your sweat on to the latest ambient house tunes

  • Yoga and relaxation - stretch and tone through a sequence of slow movements to help you relax and switch off to some totally chilled tunes

  • Meditation - learn some cool techniques to switch off and relax through a guided meditation

60 minutes is charged at £120

T&C’s

  • A maximum of 20 students per class

  • Classes last 60 minutes (45 minutes sequences are available but are still charged at the 60 minute rate)

  • Tapah are happy to do one off classes but highly suggest a 8 week term to really allow your workforce to feel the benefits

  • You will be required to provide your own office yoga mats

  • Classes are suitable for all level of yogis!
